Six people are dead after Israeli troops launched several strikes against Palestinian terrorist suspects.

THE Palestinian Cabinet yesterday accepted Israel’s proposal to begin withdrawing troops from some parts of the West Bank and Gaza Strip in exchange for security guarantees.
