Prosecutors in Michael Jackson’s child molestation case want to introduce evidence that the singer allegedly committed other sex crimes over the years that went uncharged.

Michael Jackson’s prosecutor is opposing a move by the pop singer to reduce his $3m (€2.5m) bail, arguing that he may be planning to flee the country.

A judge has ruled that witnesses before the grand jury in the Michael Jackson case can talk to defence attorneys as long as they do not disclose what happened during the grand jury proceedings.
