GREEN Minister Eamon Ryan is under attack for appointing a new energy regulation enforcer without holding an open application process for the lucrative post.

Energy Minister Eamon Ryan today announced the appointment of Mr Garrett Blaney to the Commission for Energy Regulation, joining Michael Tutty (chairperson) and Dermot Nolan.
