Dual Classic winner Funny Cide is set to return to action early next month, it was revealed on the Blood-Horse website.

Kentucky Derby winner Funny Cide is unlikely to make the line up for next Saturday’s Grade One Travers Stakes at Saratoga according to trainer Barclay Tagg.

Trainer Barclay Tagg has reported Funny Cide to be “training well” ahead of the gelding’s attempt to become the 12th winner of the American Triple Crown in the Belmont Stakes on Saturday.
