IN WHAT bore an eerie resemblance to the storyline of a 1980s movie, two women were arrested in Liverpool this weekend after trying to check in at an airport with the body of a dead 91-year-old man propped up in a wheelchair and wearing sunglasses.

Two women arrested on suspicion of allegedly trying to smuggle a dead relative on to a flight to Germany insisted tonight they were innocent.
