Three goals in the last 15 minutes helped England to a 3-1 win over the Republic of Ireland Under-18s at an Invitational Tournament in Spain.

TOP prize money drew livestock exhibitors from all corners of the country to the Bantry Agricultural Show in west Cork last Sunday.

THE prestigious Limerick Lady title was won last weekend by John McLoughlin, Falduff, Louisburgh, Co Mayo, with his home-bred qualifier at Westport Show, by Grosvenor Lad out of Falduff Lady.

WEST Cork exhibitor Seamus Lehane had a highly successful visit to Limerick Show, where he took both the young horse and filly championships.
