The Committee on Procedures and Privileges rejected attempts to call Frank Flannery, the former CEO of the Rehab Group, and his successor, Angela Kearns, in for questioning over its spending. 

The former CEO of the Rehab Group, Frank Flannery, says the Public Accounts Committee was "totally out of order" to try and question him over its spending.

The Minister for Transport is being urged by disability groups to introduce legislation to make transport more accessible.

REPRESENTATIVES of 60 disability groups will meet with Health Minister Micheal Martin today to push for enforceable rights for disabled people.
