Cork driver, Michael Keohane, finished fifth in today’s eleventh round of the Avon Tyres British Formula 3 Championship at Silverstone, where race officials disqualified Robbie Kerr, who took the chequered flag.

Matthew Gilmore reasserted his British F3 Scholarship Class ambitions with a win and fastest lap in the second double header race at Castle Combe. Once again, there was heartbreak for Cork’s, Michael Keohane, his race ended on the opening lap.
