I cannot understand how RTÉ slavishly reports every angry, selfish word from a smug, overpaid elite. Yes, I am talking about the teacher conferences.

WHILE I do applaud and encourage the right of ordinary citizens to protest against any form of injustice, I do have an issue with the people who have encamped at the top of the South Mall in Cork.

I READ that Pat Kenny’s wife, in trying to justify his salary, said that “she had hardly seen him” during the recent presidential election.
