MORE than 300 people took part in yesterday’s hour-long stoppage by nurses at St Ita’s Psychiatric Service in Dublin.

Nurses will today hold a second day of work stoppages as they continue their fight for better pay and conditions.

Secondary school teachers voiced their support today for the nurses’ campaign for better pay and working conditions.
