IPL Plastics, which operates a manufacturing facility in Cork, is understood to be open to making further acquisitions after completing a large purchase to boost its European business earlier this year.

IPL Plastics is eyeing a number of acquisition opportunities in continental Europe and is likely to move on them after its long-awaited IPO, which is now set to happen late next month.
