A homeopath has been told by the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) not to run a Facebook advert in its current form again as it gave the impression she could treat the symptoms of autism.

Paddy Power has been warned by the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland that many members of the public do not appreciate or accept the level to which the bookmaker seeks to “push the boundaries” in its media campaigns.

The gloves are always off when it comes to the battle for the skies, but the latest round goes to Ryanair for having its main rival taken to task for misleading advertising.
