For some people, trees are the element that populate ‘nature’ – the countryside or the local park— they are just there, pretty but unconsidered beyond that.

Primary schools all over the country have gone nutty for National Tree Day. 

Hundreds of thousands of school children are taking part in National Tree Day, which is aimed at creating awareness about the importance of trees.
