THE 10th anniversary edition of the AIB Irish Seniors Open, in association with Greenstar and Fáilte Ireland, will be marked in grand style with a record prize fund, a glorious new venue and a five-star field littered with former Ryder Cup players.

Edinburgh-born Neil Manchip, assistant to Leonard Owens at Royal Dublin, won the Irish Club Professionals' Championship at Nuremore for a third time with a closing round of 65.

It was a case of local pro making good at Wexford as Damian McGrane closed with a five-under-par 67 to win the Advance Cleaner pro-am tournament.
