Mick Clifford: Cause for complaint over legal regulation
The ordeal endured by a Cork woman in making a complaint against a solicitor raises questions about how such complaints are dealt with and public confidence in the system
<p>It is understood the basis of the complaint is that a constituent who had asked the representative for assistance on an issue regarding disability services was not satisfied with the TD's performance and has launched action under the Equal Status Acts in the WRC.</p>
