Bookmakers Boylesports have announced that they are to take over 17 Celtic Bookmakers shops following the appointment of a receiver to the latter firm earlier this month.

Ivan Yates has said a combination of an increase in betting-shop numbers and a fall in demand for their services led to the collapse of his company Celtic Bookmakers.
