Vogue Williams: I'm not a huge drinker so that makes me quite healthy
Vogue Williams' favourite place is Howth, Co Dublin
Vogue Williams doesnât hesitate when I ask where her favourite place in the world is.
âIâll give you one guess,â she says, alluding to her native Howth in Co Dublin. As it turns out, sheâs heading straight to the airport when our call ends to fly over.
Along with returning to the seaside town, the Irish media personality has important work to attend to.
For a second year in a row, Vogue is backing Heinz and Baranardos to help vulnerable families in Ireland and to encourage family connections over the dinner table.
She is also committing to disconnecting from screens to be with her three young children and husband Spencer at mealtimes, as she can be a bit "obsessed" with her phone.Â
âI loved the idea behind the campaign because itâs about having meals with your kids and sitting down and just connecting properly with your family.âÂ
For every three-pack of Heinz Meanz Mealz Beanz sold, the company will donate to Barnardos Breakfast Clubs.
Running and my Flexy Fit app.
Up before seven, if Iâm lucky, and then breakfast with the kids. I always walk them to school when I'm home. It's like an hour-long trip. It's honestly one of my favourite things to do.
Mention how tired I am.
Because I'm not a huge drinker, that makes me quite healthy.
I try to be as healthy as I can. However, I have a real sweet tooth, but not for nice things like Victoria sponge cakes. I like sweets like Stinger bars, marshmallows, and flumps.
I get sleep anxiety, where Iâm like, âOh God, am I going to get enough sleep?â Just thinking about it makes it worse for me. I really just should stop. I did it to myself last night. I started worrying about something I didn't need to worry about, so I had a terrible night's sleep.Â
I absolutely love reading. It's great for anxious people and is like my meditation.
Spencerâs momâs roast.
I love menâs fragrances - Chanel Bleu, Tom Ford, Santal, Another 13.
About three days ago. [My youngest] Otto woke me up super early, at half-five. Then my dog had a sick tummy. It was everywhere. He even snuck into the kids' room and did it there. I was crying for half an hour while cleaning. I had to get a carpet cleaner over as well because he annihilated the place.
Iâm an SPF 50 person, but I still get really tanned. I always wear SPF everywhere.
Loyalty is a big thing for me. I cannot bear dishonesty. If you lie to me, you're written off a bit. I need to be able to trust somebody.
I hate that I tend to get anxious sometimes. Itâs just really annoying.
Sometimes to St Anthony, if Iâm looking for something.Â
My kids and my family.
Tina Turner, I love her. Eminem. Iâd probably invite Snoop [Dogg] as well after seeing him at the Olympics. He just seems so much fun. Iâm obsessed with rap and grind music so Iâd love to have all my favourite rappers over.
Iâm very particular about recycling. I try not to drive as much, certainly in London. I always recycle my clothes, either by selling them off for charity or giving them to friends. I have a fascination with clothes, so itâs always good to repurpose them.
Whatâs for you wonât pass you. I've been in this industry since I was 16, and itâs very important to know that if you donât get a job, it just isnât meant for you. You will get something else.
I donât think a lot of people know that I have two degrees in construction.
To keep enjoying lots of great times with my friends and family and stay in good health.
