My daughters usually bang on my bedroom door to inform me that it’s time to get up and for the day to commence. After a quick shower, a light breakfast and a trusted cup of coffee, I reconfirm the area within my community health organisation (CHO) that I am scheduled to work in for the morning, and I prepare mentally for what lies ahead.
