WATCH: Alan Carr got drunk on This Morning and forgot the name of his show

And not only did he down the tequila but the worm inside the glass too.

Alan Carr ended up a little bit worse for wear this morning after taking part in a drinking game on ITV’s This morning.

Chat show hosts Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield challenged the chatty man to go head-to-head in a game of ‘who can keep the straightest face after downing a shot of tequila’ - as you do.

This of course was all part of the series of pranks the trio have been pulling on each other.

In September the 36-year-old staged an impromptu ITV studio invasion, which then led to Holly and Phillip stealing items from the comedian’s chat show set.

This challenge was the final draw.

Despite telling the pair that he has “such a busy day today” he still took on the task.

Not only did he down the tequila but the swallowed worm inside the glass too.

"That’s gone straight to my head," he slurred after a few minutes.

"I’ve forgotten the name of my own show!"
