Hugh Jackman has suffered a vocal haemorrhage
Hugh Jackman has been forced to cancel the remaining dates of his one-man show, 'An Evening with Hugh Jackman', in Istanbul, Turkey, after suffering a vocal haemorrhage.
The blood vessels on his left vocal chord burst causing the haemorrhage but he has promised disappointed fans he will be rescheduling the dates.
Merhaba. I have a left vocal hemorrhage. At advice of Dr. Kocak Dr Korovin I will cancel my shows in Turkey. Make no mistake, I'll be back!

The 'Wolverine' actor had been due to perform a total of four gigs - featuring improvisations, musical pieces and highlights from Broadway shows - at the Zorlu Center.
Ahead of the first show, on Tuesday, the Australian actor - who has children Oscar, 14, and Ava, nine, with wife Deborra-Lee Furness - spoke of his ties to the country.
"My great-grandfather lived here. He spent his life here working at a bank in Istanbul. My father ... he always says you're sort of part Turkish somewhere. Maybe that's why I love the coffee so much," he said.
And he also reminisced about a holiday he and his wife took to Turkey, where they stayed in a $25-a-night hotel and endured a 18-hour bus ride to the Southern coast.
"My wife and I came here shortly after we were married," he recalled.
