CNN anchor calls Jonah Hill 'tool' in twitter row
Jonah Hill has become involved in a twitter war with a TV anchor who claimed he snubbed him.
CNNâs Don Lemon claimed the âMoneyballâ actor brushed him off when he tried to say hello to him in a hotel and after he took to twitter to complain, Jonah angrily reacted leading to a public spat.
Don wrote: âSaid hi to @jonahhill in hotel. Think he thought I was bellman. Didnât know his name til bellman told me. A lesson to always be kind (sic).â
In another tweet, he said the â21 Jump Streetâ actor âwas a toolâ.
Jonah responded: âI said hi what do you want me to do move in with you? I was in a hurry.
âDidnât realize you were w 12 year old girl. Peace (sic).â
A furious Don couldnât let the incident go and quickly fired back a reply, calling the actor ârudeâ.
He wrote: âYouâre not my type. But I know rude and u were.
âThe bellman and I laughed at how self-important you were. Just being honest. Be nice. Stardom is fleeting (sic).â
The twitter exchange continued with Jonah giving more details of the incident.
He tweeted: âI walked out of the restroom and found you waiting for me. Shook hands, said hi and was on my way. Sorry if you found that rude.â
Jonah has now deleted all of his tweets while only two of Donâs remain.
