Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones reveal what they have been working on

Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones sent fans into a frenzy this week as the pair teased an upcoming project.
After much speculation, the pair have revealed what they have been working on and while it’s not a second season of , it is for a great cause.
In a video posted to Instagram, the pair said they are “incredibly sorry” if they led people on.
“It’s not a season two,” said Mescal before Edgar-Jones jumped in to add a hopeful: “Not yet.”Â
She continued to explain that they are hosting a charity raffle for the chance to win tickets to see a marathon screening of all 12 episodes of on the big screen in a Central London cinema on June 16.
Both Mescal and Edgar-Jones will be there, as well as some of their “friends” from the show and the creators.
All proceeds will go to Pieta and UNICEF.

Earlier this week, Edgar-Jones told her Instagram followers that she and Maynooth man Paul Mescal have “some news to share”, urging them to “watch this space”.
The teaser was part of a picture of the two actors smiling together and holding up peace signs to the camera.
The pair starred in the 2020 TV series, which was adapted from Sally Rooney’s novel of the same name.
Element Pictures, who produced , also re-shared the post to their own Instagram account, leading fans to speculate that there may be more to come from the popular series.

Speaking to the  last year, Mescal discussed how he has been able to navigate the fame and attention that has come with his success.
“Work takes all that pressure away,” he said at the time. “Being busy, and I know that's probably not sustainable - but it kind of is to a certain extent. Not working is the time it feels the loudest but when you're at work on set or in a rehearsal room, you don't have time. And the absence of time is something that I like!”Â
The pair have been friends ever since they filmed the series and recently reunited at Fastnet Film Festival in Schull in West Cork.
