Nobody was ready to see baby iguanas fleeing Galapagos snakes
The BBC aired its first episode of Planet Earth II on Sunday night.
David Attenborough returned to our screens with his golden vocal chords to narrate the sequel to what is probably the world's best wildlife documentary.
However, nobody was ready for the intensity of the birth of marine iguanas on a Galapagos beach.

And though their birth was magnificent in itself, the chase that followed was the particular scene that stood out.
Cue Attenborough's bad things are coming tone.
"Racer snakes."
The snakes swarmed on the beach, chasing down the adorable baby lizards as the made their first (and for some, last) dash to safety.
