Pics: Emotional scenes as Irish troops return home from Lebanon
After six months serving their country, these Irish Defence Force officers have returned from Lebanon to awaiting family and friends.
There wasn’t a dry eye in Dublin Airport this morning as 190 troops were reunited with their nearest and dearest.

The Irish troops were from the 51st Infantry Group –United Nations Interim Force and have been replaced by the 53rd Infantry Group.
