Cnoc na Mara is a 100 metre high sea stack in the South West of County Donegal in the Republic of Ireland.

Since its first ascent in 2008, this sea stacks' summit has been stood on by less then thirty people and has now had its first free solo.

Miller made Epic TV's Top Three Solo Climbs of 2015.

"My climb was the first and only time the stack has been free soloed and was something that took me 10 years to gain the correct mental approach to even contemplate doing," said Miller.

"Sea stack climbing is an extremely unusual activity world wide and I am the only person doing it in Ireland."
