As Galway competes for European Capital of Culture 2020, 19-year-old Evan Shelly tries to recapture the culture he experienced there as a child.
"When I visited it when I was younger with family, there was always just an instant difference in the level of culture present, the same street performers can be seen in their usual spots year in year out."
He says, "nothing was planned too much, impromptu always leads to capturing better content".
The results are amazing.
