This Japanese guy accidentally set his room on fire while live-streaming

It really looks like he might have burnt his house down.

This is one of those videos you'll watch through your fingers.

A Japanese man was livestreaming when he threw a match into a bin full of paper on top of a lighter fuel-soaked tissue. It, inevitably, ignited and so began a downward spiral as he tries to put the blaze out.

While you would feel sorry for him you have to despair at his efforts to put the worsening fire out. Cardboard? Waving a blanket? The smallest bottle of water in the world?

While it's unconfirmed what happened after the video ended - and it certainly doesn’t look good - some outlets have identified the man as being from Shigoru in Japan and report that neither he nor any one else was harmed by the fire.
