VIDEO: Bull shark swims into Florida family's back garden

And you think your neighbours are annoying.

We don't know about you but the most exciting animal that comes into our back garden is the neighbour's cat .

But these residents of Bonita Springs in Florida have some altogether more terrifying visitors - an 8-foot bull shark.

As you can see in the video, the shark is far too close to the path for comfort - and locals say it's not the first time.

Neighbors say people are chumming — throwing bait into the water — which is causing the sharks to return. Now, they are asking the city to get involved and prohibit fishing as well as designate the area as a swimming only area.
