When you realise what this beautiful, colourful chameleon is made of, it becomes even more impressive - and a little freaky.

Designed and shot by Italian artist Johannes Stötter, the body art piece consists of two female painted models lying on top of each other.

It took us a while to figure out which part was which - but, of course, chameleons are known for their ability to disguise themselves.
