This is the creepiest room share ad EVER

They won't have to pay rent but the prospective female tenant will have to provide 'occasional personal services'.

Gumtree were forced to pull the below advert yesterday and it's not hard to see why.

Creepy is not the word..

The post was advertising for a female tenant for a room share in a one-bed apartment in Central London.

"1 bed flat, roomshare available for intelligent, sensible, reliable, honest and trustworthy lady in Central London flat with kind, considerate, gentle and caring professional 27-year-old male. Would suit a student but any appropriate lady in need of accommodation should apply.

"No rent would be expected but occasional personal services (always mutually agreed, always for mutual pleasure) would be required in lieu of rent. I am being honest about this so that applicants are fully aware."

'Occasional personal services.'

Shudder.

For some reason, we can't see him having too many takers.
