Bynes case thrown out

Amanda Bynes' bong-tossing case was officially dismissed yesterday.

The 28-year-old actress won't be punished for allegedly throwing a marijuana bong out her apartment window last year after she complied with a deal to stay out of trouble for six months and attend counselling twice a week.
