Morrissey collapses and ends up in hospital

Morrissey has cancelled the remainder of his US tour after collapsing and being taken to hospital.

The former Smiths frontman posted a message on a fan site explaining it happened following his show in Boston on Saturday.

The singer is yet to make a full recovery after suffering from pneunomia.
