Six dancers, both male and female, from the Washington Ballet perform the dance moves that they find the toughest.

Cute names like "the Butterfly" and "the Cheshire Cat" just don't do justice to the power of some of these moves.

The slow motion sequences are especially impressive as you can really see the effort and strength it takes to execute some of these jumps and spins.
