Pop queen Beyoncé has posted a series of shots of her with sister Solange to her Instagram account in an apparent show of sibling solidarity.
The sisterly slideshow - featuring Bey and Sol in a variety of happy poses, culminating in the two hugging onstage at last month's Coachella festival - follows worldwide headlines over Solange's attack on Beyoncé's husband Jay Z in an elevator.
Although none of the parties involved have spoken publicly about the elevator incident - which took place after the March 5 Met Gala ball in New York - speculation has been rife as to what may have caused the blowup.
One source told the New York Post newspaper that 27-year-old Solange had been "drunk and out of it" at the after-party in the city's Standard Hotel, while other reports said that the argument originated because Jay Z wanted to go to a party hosted by Rihanna, without his wife.
Solange is reported to have deleted all photographs of her older sister from her own Instagram acccount in the aftermath of the flare-up.
However the trio have been putting on a united front since the incident, with Jay Z and Beyoncé spotted at a basketball game between the Brooklyn Nets and the Miami Heat at the Barclays Centre in New York and both sisters attending the wedding of former Destiny's Child bandmate Kelly Rowland at the weekend.
Jay Z is even reported to have been seen browsing in a Manhatten jewellery store with Solange yesterday.
