This guy's three-year selfie will make you insanely jealous

Most people, after they graduate college, go on a bender for a few days, maybe take the summer off and then get down to the serious business of job hunting.

Not Alex Chacón.

The self-styled 'motorcycle adventurer' from El Paso Texas, left university, sold all of his belongings and hit the road on a motorbike, documenting his many travels through photo and video.

His latest YouTube clip - 'Around the World In 360 Degrees' - shows Alex taking video 'selfies' (using a GoPro on a stick) in over 36 countries.

To say we are insanely jealous is an understatement.

"It took me the years to film and five months to edit," says Alex of his latest clip, describing it as "the ultimate selfie compilation".

"Thanks to everyone who was a part of this video, either if you're in it or even just gave me a place to sleep in or around these amazing places during my travels."

Alex raises money for charity through blogging and recording his adventures, with his most famous trip to date being a 500-day solo round trip from Alaska to Argentina.

A graduate of the University of Texas where he graduated with Honors in Biomedical Sciences, Nutrition and Chemistry, he intends to return to medical school for his doctoral studies once he has fulfilled the dream of travelling the world by motorbike.
