Restaurant rewards kids' good behaviour

You may have gotten a fright over the weekend because of all the Mothers Day posts on the internet. Don’t worry, you didn’t forget to send your poor mother a card (again) - it was Mothers Day in the US and Canada yesterday.

To celebrate the day, a Canadian redditor was out for brunch with his family when they got an unusual discount.

The restaurant had decided to show their appreciation for the behaviour of their one-year-old daughter and gave them $5 off the price of their meal as a reward for their ‘well behaved kid’.

We think a well-behaved kid in a restaurant is worth their weight in gold but a discount of a fiver seems a good enough incentive to keep those little angels in their seats and for them to Stop. Throwing. Their. Food.
