Only a load of old sh**te? Sports presenter Wyse in on-air slip

A “clean shite”? It’s all about the recovery in this one.

Sports presenter Rachel Wyse staged a great recovery last night, after an on-air slip that had her talking about "clean shite".

As part of her Champions League semi-final build up for Sky Sports News, Rachel said Bayern would struggle to defeat Real Madrid, or, put another way, to keep “a clean shite” against them…

Whaaat?

“SHEET!!! Keep a clean sheet..”.

Ah, that makes more sense alright.

Rachel immediately re-grouped and corrected to “sheet”, but too late - everyone had noticed and captured the moment.

A rueful Rachel took to twitter and tweeted a hands-up, but only after a cheeky attempt to deny, deny, deny :)
