The new Ninja Turtles trailer is useless, so here's the Irish cartoon episode instead

So, the trailer for the brand new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie came out last night. It's rubbish.

There's not a cowabunga to be heard, and not a single pizza reference. It's got Megan Gox. And this is what Michelangelo looks like:

Boo to that. Time to watch some classic TMNT instead – and what better than the time they came to Ireland?

Yep. You might have seen this when it went viral last year, but this is truly a masterpiece. To begin, the Turtles go to Dublin on holidays. April O'Neil gets chased by a stampede of angry sheep. Then Krang and Shredder move the Technodrome to Ireland.

It is, in short, brilliant.

Oh, fine, then. Subject yourself to the trailer for the new film too. It might as well be a Transformers trailer, what with all the explosions and BWAAAAAAM noises.
