The Simpsons Oscar selfie is just great

Remember the Oscars selfie? You know, the most-retweeted tweet of all time, the world-famous image that's only a few days old?

Well, The Simpsons did it.

It's actually great. First, that's not a crown on Ellen's head dead centre. Nope. Who do you think is giving Meryl Streep the bunny ears?

And Kevin Spacey's oddball expression is bang on the money.

In fact, the only odd thing about this version is that Jared Leto looks like he's whispering uncomfortable things in Jennifer Lawrence's ear.

Homer's presence at the bottom being kicked out of the frame must be representing Leonardo DiCaprio, we reckon.
