Robert Knepper has been cast in 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay'.
The actor, best known for playing Theodore 'T-Bag' Bagwell in popular TV series 'Prison Break', is on board to star as evil President Snow's minister Antonius, according to Deadline.com.
