Yes, that's a tattoo of former Sunderland manager Paolo Di Canio, sacked last night after only five games in charge of the Premier League club.

The ink belongs to an unnamed Black Cats fan who had it done following Sunderland's famous 3-0 derby victory at Newcastle in April.

Bet he's regretting it now.
