BIRDS ON A PLANE
Yes, this happened in real life today.
Passengers on an Easyjet flight out of Istanbul were forced to disembark after a number of small birds escaped from the hold and started flying around the cabin.
Among the passengers was Damian Kahya, who kept Twitter informed via regular updates.

Turns out there was a bag with a bird in it or so it appears. This is getting quite odd.

OK. So. Now we have a bag at the front of the plane with yet another bird in it that nobody will identify.

If someone has been smuggling chaffinches through Istanbul security into hand luggage.....

Damian finally revealed that the owner of the bag had been identified and both he and birds removed, from the aircraft, although all passengers had to get off and have their bags run through security again.
The final word:
@damiankahya Looks more like a goldfinch http://t.co/30tCWHheTC @Natures_Voice
