Burger scandal: The horses fight back

Is this the next step in the evolution of the horse?

In the midst of the horseburger scandal that is gripping the whole of Europe, it seems, we found this pic online of a horse with the word 'horse' on it.

We are not sure if the markings are natural or painted on by somebody.

Any idea?
