Celebrity shots that won't be in the family album
We think you all have to agree that the actor Jason London didn't look his best after his arrest arising from a bar brawl in Arizona.
He can take comfort though that he is not the only celebrity to have been snapped in a state of distress by America's finest.
Let's remind ourselves of others who have had their brush with the law.

Young folks may not realise that this is Gary Coleman who shot to fame with the American sitcom "Different Strokes" in the 1980s. 2010 didn't start off too well for him however as he failed to appear in a Utah court on an outstanding domestic assault warrant, so the result was his arrest and this "forbidding" photograph.

This is Gary in his heyday during the '80s. Aaaaw.....

Maybe the Los Angeles police had startled rock music producer Phil Spector just before taking this mugshot after he was convicted in 2009 of second-degree murder in the shooting death of actress Lana Clarkson at his mansion in 2003.

Lindsay Lohan after her arrest by the Santa Monica police in 2007 on suspicion of drunken driving.

You can imagine Mel Gibson fluttering his eyelashes at the burly law enforcement officer as this snap was taken in 2006 following his arrest on drunken driving charges.

The Godfather of soul, James Brown, looks slightly dishevelled in this Aiken County Sheriff's Office photo from 2004 after he was charged with criminal domestic violence.

How can you forget this one of actor Nick Nolte from 2002 taken after his arrest by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Robert Downey Jr during his drug-addled years is shown here in 2000, after his arrest in Palm Springs, California for drug possession.
And here is the one of Jason London that started all this off.
