Celebrity hairstylist Vidal Sassoon dies

Vidal Sassoon has died aged 84.

The celebrity hairstylist – whose 1960s wash-and-wear cuts allowed women to be freed from hairspray – passed away at his home in Los Angeles earlier this morning.
