Pregnant Holden staying in hospital

Pregnant Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has spent a second night in hospital after pulling out of the latest round of auditions for the reality television contest.

The actress, 40, has been under the observation of doctors since admitting herself to hospital on Monday, according to her spokeswoman.
