The Only Way Is Essex star Maria Fowler thinks Lauren Pope is the "most ruthless person" she's ever met.

The 25-year-old star - who quit the ITV2 reality show last week - explained while the pair used to be best friends, she doesn't want to follow in the footsteps of the DJ and become a "desperate 30-year-old clinging on to the show for fame".
