Sarah Harding and her boyfriend are reportedly facing court charges over their violent holiday bust-up.

The Girls Aloud singer complained to police after she claims she was hurt in a fight with Dutchman Theo De Vries on New Year's Day during a getaway with him to Innsbruck, Austria, but he has been quizzed by police and now released.
