Murray shreds and returns Ghostbusters scripts - report

Bill Murray has apparently shredded and returned his Ghostbusters scripts.

The actor - who has been reluctant to appear in the hotly anticipated third instalment - apparently sent the script back to the film's writers.

It is thought Sony are unwilling to make the film without Murray, but another original star Dan Ackroyd insists it will be made without or without "Dr Peter Venkman".
