'IT Crowd' star to write comedy about 80s Ireland

Irish actor Chris O'Dowd is writing and starring in his own TV comedy series about growing up in Ireland in the 80s.

'Moone Boy' will also feature guest appearances from Steve Coogan and Johnny Vegas.
